Wikipedia Euro NCAP logo infringes Euro NCAP guidelines

Today the Euro NCAP logo (left)
used at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Euro_NCAP infringes Euro NCAP guidelines (pages 2 & 18) because it does not include a clickable link or wording to the www.euroncap.com website. Also the logo does not include the text '‘Established in 1997, Euro NCAP provides motoring consumers with an independent assessment of the safety performance of some of the most popular cars sold in Europe. Through its stringent vehicle crash testing, Euro NCAP has rapidly become a catalyst for encouraging significant safety improvements to new car design. Euro NCAP is backed by seven European governments, as well as motoring and consumer organisations in every EU country.’


I've emailed http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Ssolbergj requesting him to update the logo to something like this:
