Toyota boss Akio Toyoda responds to US Congress

Toyota seems to have a culture that does not treat customers safety concerns with the highest priority. Toyota boss Akio Toyoda responds to US Congress on 23rd February 2010. He does not convince Congress that Toyota:

• have found the real cause (software?) of some Toyota & Lexus models acceleration disasters in which some drivers have lost all control.
• act promptly to customers safety concerns
• treat car safety with the highest priority

I have excluded, for the time being, Toyota cars from my personal list of safe supermini or small family cars.
